About the role: The role of a sales associate is to actively work alongside an experienced lead agent to assist with lead/buyer nurture, database management, prospecting, and facilitating the sale of properties. You will assist in building long-lasting client relationships built on a rigorous communication plan that should exceed the customer's experience expectations. There is also the opportunity for growth within the business as you progress. Responsibilities include: Lead/buyer nurture and database management Handling/responding to phone and email enquiries from prospective buyers Assisting with open homes and private appointments/inspections Open home buyer callbacks Prospecting for new clients via telephone, letterbox drops, and door-knocking Attending regular skill and systems training sessions as part of our pathway training program Assisting and learning from the Lead Agent with ad-hoc sales duties The successful candidate will have: Genuine desire to learn and commitment to succeed A self-starter with a strong work ethic and resilience Effective communication skills both written and verbal A professional and ethical approach to dealing with people Ability to work independently and as a member of a team to achieve sales targets and goals within agreed deadlines Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle Computer literacy and keyboard skills of a high standard Immaculate presentation and positive attitude #J-18808-Ljbffr
