An exciting opportunity has now come up for somebody to work as their new Sales Associate, who will generate leads and expand their sales career!The Role: This is an opportunity to get exposure into the top end of the Inner West market. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:Lead Generation & Support for the Sales Team Cold calling, Prospecting, Warm Calls – You will be given Leads Database management Relationship building Ensure all necessary administration tasks are complete Accurate diary management Preparation of market proposals & pre-listings kits Coordination and placement of advertising and marketing material Auction day preparation Attendance at company auctions and assist with registration desks Attending buyer appointments and open for inspections Regular meetings and training sessions Ad hoc tasks The Candidate: Must have 6 months minimum experience working in a Sales role in Real Estate Current Certificate of Registration, driver’s license & reliable car Must be extremely professional, with excellent verbal & written communication skills Must be immaculately presented Must be able to show initiative and confidence, as well as have a hunger to succeed and grow!
