About the opportunity: The MJH Sales Associate works closely with the Building & Design Sales Consultant, is part of the South Coast and ACT sales team, and reports to the Sales Manager. The Sales Associates are the key to our continued success. The key focus of this role is to engage an exceptional customer experience to clients throughout their exciting journey purchasing a new home. More specifically, you will: Orchestrate the engagement with prospective customers at our display homes Schedule appointments and take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the display home Initiate stimulating journeys as you support customers through the sales cycle from developing, qualifying leads to nurturing and closing Present information to help customers confidently compose their dream home. Collaborate with the Building & Design Consultant to ensure business objectives are accomplished About you: You will share a passion for our purpose to build better futures and be aligned to our core values. In addition, you will demonstrate: An outgoing personality with the ability to be highly engaging – people want to talk to you. A passion for home design and living spaces! Be highly ambitious in wanting to achieve results. Ideally you will have customer service and sales experience in big box retail, any service or related industry. Most importantly….
