Job Description
We are seeking an onsite representative who can illustrate the features, benefits and demonstrate power tools while also being comfortable cold calling job sites, residential and commercial locations within the allocated territory. The territory for the roles we have available encompass: Newcastle & Lower New England, Taree & Hunter Central Coast & Northern Beaches Due to the nature of the role, you may be required to travel interstate/intrastate from time to time. Primary responsibilities: Building relationships with targeted end users for the purpose of product research and development. Working closely with key dealers and the Makita sales team to capitalise on opportunities. Performing product demonstrations and presentations. Responding to questions relating to market demands and new products. Actively seeking solutions to workplace challenges. Reporting feedback on products from trial clients as well as general market information. What we need from you: Experience with power tools and equipment; Trade experience/ background (desirable) Multi-level communication skills; The ability to travel to complete the job requirements effectively.
