We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team. We retail the globally recognised products of Mercedes Benz, Freightliner & FUSO Trucks, which are leading heavy transport industry brands. We have dedicated and highly experienced Sales, Service and Parts teams. About the role: This role provides sales, pre-delivery and customer support to our busy team. You will report to the General Manager and work closely with other departments to ensure a steady flow of new truck deliveries, parts and service to our internal and external customers. You will also provide support to our Service Team when needed. Your day will include: Processing of retail sales orders and organising build-up of vehicles for delivery. Ensure vehicle preparation including build is completed and customers receive fantastic communication. Registering and transferring vehicle ownership. Arranging transport of vehicles to and from suppliers and vendors. Ensure vehicles have been cleaned and detailed prior to collection. Provide assistance to the General Manager and sales staff as required. Providing assistance to the Service Team as needed. About You: You have a great work ethic with relevant work experience. Ability to communicate information in a positive, prompt and helpful manner. Basic truck or related industry knowledge is an advantage. You have the ability to work autonomously and are an exceptional team player. You are known for your attention to detail. Have strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
