The role Crown Gifts is curated with a luxury collection of Crown exclusive products, including bedding, homewares, candles, gift sets and gift cards. The Sales Coordinator is the first point of contact for Crown Gifts - delivering a high standard of customer service, store presentation and merchandise display.In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as: Deliver a high level of quality customer service and effectively handle customer complaints. Process and pack all online and in-store Gift Card orders and merchandise purchases. Assist internal Crown departments with orders in a timely, efficient and professional manner. Provide detailed knowledge of Crown’s packages, promotions and stock. About you You’ll bring the following: Previous experience in a similar retail or customer service position. Excellent communication skills and exceptional grooming standards to meet 5-star expectations. Confidence and proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to respond to email inquiries in a professional manner.
