Our Customer Service team is seeking to employ an experienced Sales Coordinator to provide parental leave coverage for a period of 12 months. About the Role This is a full-time contract role covering a parental leave absence until December 2025, which may potentially be extended. The main tasks of the position include but are not limited to: Receive and manage customer orders. Ensure customer queries and service levels are maintained to high standards. Liaise with the Coogee Transport team to enable them to schedule deliveries. Liaise with internal production teams to ensure adequate inventories are held in order to meet customer needs. Liaise with the internal finance team to close out the sales/invoicing cycle. About You We are looking for a highly motivated individual who: Is organised and outcome focused. Has experience in dealing with customers and interdepartmental teams. Preferably proficient in MS Office. Preferably has experience using finance systems e.g Oracle (on-site training will be provided to the successful candidate). Is self-motivated with sound numeric, written and verbal communication skills. Has the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
