You’ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including schools, businesses, and event organisers, to deliver outstanding service. What You’ll Do: Develop and grow the charter business in the region Identify new business opportunities and provide insights to the Sales Manager Conduct market research to maintain a competitive edge Coordinate with Operations, Workshop, and Cleaning teams for smooth service delivery Attend industry events to generate new business Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards What We’re Looking For: Experience in sales, marketing, or business development (transport industry experience is a plus but not necessary!) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and drive business growth Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) A proactive and adaptable mindset Ready to Make a Move?
