This is a full-time sales and customer service support officer role based in our Heidelberg West Office! But we are also hiring for this position at our Carnegie location as well. You will play a key part in supporting our sales/customer service team on our daily core operations. What you'll be doing Create and process customer quotes Handle customer & order inquiries Process special orders for NDIS, DVA and TAC customers What we're looking for Previous experience in a sales or customer service support role (Knowledge or experience with the NDIS portal is highly advantageous) Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to solve customer inquiries in an empathetic manner Strong computer literacy with experience in data entry and management systems (Experience with software such as Salesforce, Odoo, or similar software will be very advantageous!)
