The Opportunity We are looking for a self-motivated, driven Sales & Customer Support Officer who is looking for a platform to establish themselves within a supportive environment. Working as part of a broader customer sales team (across Aust. & NZ) and reporting to the Sales Support Team Lead, you will enjoy building relationships across a diverse customer base including key accounts, distributors, workshops and general consumers. Your common-sense approach, can-do attitude, and willingness to learn and support the team as required will be critical to your success. Working proactively in a fast-paced work environment, you will: Provide excellent customer service and assistance to customers (phone/email) Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty Manage inbound and outbound calls Administer returns and goods requests with processing of required documentation Handle return stock (manual handling of product involved) Enter customer orders and resolve customer queries in a timely manner Maintain product and technical knowledge on a regular basis What we are looking for A self-starter, who is outcome driven, takes great pride in providing excellent customer service. Ideally, you will also have: Proven experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role (Automotive Aftermarket Retail or Industrial industry is preferred) Demonstrated aptitude to understand and convey technical information in a simple manner Proficient in MS Office suite (Word/Excel), working knowledge of Pronto would be advantageous Action oriented, curious mind and eager to learn with an ability to work autonomously Ability to manage tasks in a timely manner and strong organisational skills Customer-centric with a solution-focused approach What’s in it for you?
