The Opportunity: As a Sales Development Representative at Outsourcey, you'll be part of a dynamic sales team, focusing on the initial stages of the sales process, engaging with inbound leads and appointment setting. You'll engage with businesses of all sizes, introducing them to our tailored outsourcing solutions. What You’ll Be Doing: Engaging with potential clients through phone and email, focusing on qualifying inbound leads of businesses who are looking for high-quality outsourcing solutions. Conducting thorough research to identify and understand prospective clients' needs. Coordinating follow-ups and scheduling calls with the sales team to progress leads. Utilizing marketing resources effectively in tailored email campaigns to drive engagement. Keeping up-to-date with outsourcing trends and maintaining strong knowledge of Outsourcey's offerings. What We’re Looking For: A genuine interest in sales, outsourcing, or business development, with a passion for learning and growing in the industry. A keen eye for detail, paired with strong problem-solving skills. Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
