About the role: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Gym Sales and Lead Nurturing Specialist to become part of our team at Housed. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing a lead base across multiple locations. You will handle CRM lead management, initiate contact with inbound inquiries, and drive the prospect to member transition by ensuring that leads are effectively nurtured to maximize show-up rates and qualified appointments. As a member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for consistently achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) focused on converting high-quality leads and providing exceptional service for prospective customers. Key Responsibilities: Lead Management & CRM: Efficiently manage and track 300+ leads per location using our CRM system, ensuring each lead is properly categorized, followed up with, and nurtured through the sales funnel. Inbound Lead Handling: Take the initiative to respond promptly to inbound leads, providing them with relevant information and generating interest in our gym’s services and memberships. Lead Nurturing: Develop personalized outreach strategies to build strong relationships with leads, guiding them through the decision-making process and addressing any objections or concerns. Appointment Setting & Conversion: Maximize show-up rates and convert leads into high-quality appointments by qualifying leads, understanding their fitness goals, and scheduling consultations or gym tours. Outbound Sales Calls: Proactively follow up on "no-sales" leads to re-engage, address any issues, and work towards converting them into gym members. KPI Management: Consistently meet KPIs focused on call productivity conversion rates, qualified appointment bookings, and lead management effectiveness, with a strong emphasis on performance metrics. Collaboration: Work closely with the gym management and sales teams to align strategies, share insights, and contribute to team goals. What we are looking for: Minimum 2 years experience in a sales position or similar role.
