Here in APAC, they have a large number of specialist areas, and Western Australia requires a proven sales leader who can bring success, market share, and develop long-term sales staff to create a winning success. Job Opportunity – In this role, you will oversee the sales teams throughout the retail outlets. It is your job to ensure that each representative is trained correctly and is doing everything they can to secure new equipment sales for new tractors, harvesters, and implements. We are looking for a proven sales leader who understands the importance of embracing and leading teams to achieve success. Your energy and passion are key to business operations. You will also oversee the recruitment of the sales teams and be very hands-on from day one. The GM, COO, and CEO are looking at this role because it has been newly created due to changes globally in the business. Your results and winning success will set the tone for the business globally. Key Responsibilities of the Sales Director Include: Sales Strategy Development: Creating and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives, including market analysis, identifying potential clients, and developing sales tactics. Leading, motivating, and coaching the sales team to meet sales targets, providing feedback and training where necessary. Analyzing market trends and data to forecast sales quotas and set realistic sales objectives. Customer Relationship Management: Building strong relationships with clients, managing customer accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Sales Reporting and Analysis: Monitoring sales performance, analyzing data, and generating sales reports to identify areas for improvement. Business Development: Identifying new business opportunities, prospecting for potential clients, and developing new sales channels. Deal Negotiation: Negotiating sales contracts and closing deals with clients. Recruitment and Training: Hiring and training new sales representatives to maintain a high-performing sales team. Budget Management: Managing sales budgets and ensuring cost-effective sales operations. Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicating sales strategies and performance updates to both the sales team and senior management.
