A leading Cognitive AI company specialising in Behavioural Intelligence are launching a Media specific offering and are now looking for their first Sales Director hire in Sydney, to manage both NSW and QLD markets. With a background in AdTech/ Programmatic, you will be responsible for owning and managing relationships and sales across both Holding Co. agencies as well as Independents and helping to shape the future of the business in Australia. What you'll be doing: Selling a suite of data-driven, AI/ Adtech products into media agencies, both Holding Co. and Indies Leading and managing sales efforts across both NSW and QLD markets Creating detailed strategic plans to define, analyse and grow your patch Devising product, campaign and engagement strategies for clients to achieve their objectives (solution-selling) Building out market-leading responses to briefs Managing and mentoring a Sales Manager as well as collaborating closely with the Sales Director for VIC market Working closely with the wider APAC team to drive efficiencies for both clients and the business What you'll need to get the role: Extensive Sales experience in the Digital Ad/ Media and Programmatic space Proven experience selling Adtech/ Programmatic offerings Established relationships/ contacts within the programmatic teams at Tier One and Independent media agencies Strong pipeline management and business strategy experience Exceptional presenting skills A consultative, 'solution-selling' approach You will be driven, self-motivated and hungry to achieve and exceed sales targets An understanding/ passion for AI/ data-driven tech a real advantage Salary - $150-160k + super + $100k comms Perks of the job include: Unlimited annual leave Early finish Friday's This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business with a start-up vibe and be the face for a big chunk of AU revenue across key markets.
