Your Role As the Sales Director you will be responsible for developing and cultivating a sales territory in your region and selling Re-Leased to new prospective clients. As the Sales Director, you will be building relationships and selling into the Mid-Market & Large Real Estate firms including owner/operators and property managers, and occasionally into the Enterprise segments. You’ll represent our brand and move our mission forward, running a full sales cycle from prospecting through closing. Your Responsibilities Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. Ensure you are continually working towards your Personal Success Formula activity and conversion goals. Understand and be the champion of Re-Leased in the market and act as a representative and the face of the Re-Leased brand and build exceptional relationships. Develop deep knowledge of the Commercial Real Estate industry and all relevant subverticals. Identify, research, profile and outbound prospecting with call and email campaigns to new sales opportunities for a designated territory with a hunter mentality. Become familiar with all product solutions, the competitive climate, and diagnosing issues in business processes that we can help solve. Conduct presentations to demonstrate Re-Leased's product offerings. Use Salesforce CRM to record and track all sales activities. Ensure prompt and diligent follow-up to leads sourced from our Marketing, Partnerships or the Outbound SDR programs. Your Experience Demonstrated track record of closing New Logos with average ARR of at least $40,000 while exceeding sales targets. Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology. Confident, assertive self-starter who is extremely organized, competitive and goal driven. Ability to develop trusted relationships and find creative solutions. Ability and resilience to work in a fast paced, high volume sales environment. 5+ years of PropTech and CRE industry knowledge or related B2B software sales experience. Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with ability to demonstrate software to prospects. Experience communicating technical content to audiences and influencing decisions.
