This position is located in: Sydney Responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor to the CRO, managing coordination of leadership activities and sales strategy development. Manage and refine sales frameworks (e.g., Business Case, CAF), continuously improving processes and implementing best practices. Organize and execute global sales events like quarterly Kick-Offs and Sales Summits, ensuring seamless management, high engagement across teams and demonstrable learning outcomes. Liaise between sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on messaging, target audiences, and sales enablement tools. Oversee high-impact projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Provide performance metrics and insights to refine strategies. Collaborate with senior leadership to implement and monitor global sales strategies, ensuring alignment across all regions and markets. Spearhead development and execution of onboarding programs and partner with HR to design training that enhances sales skills and cross-department collaboration. Manage sales-related budgeting, forecasting costs, and tracking against targets. Provide recommendations for budget allocation and resource optimization. Analyse sales metrics, identify performance trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize sales strategies and improve overall performance. Assist with risk management processes, identifying and mitigating potential risks, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Additional Responsibilities Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, ensuring a safe, respectful, and discrimination-free working environment. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously contribute innovative ideas to improve sales strategies and processes. Perform any other tasks as assigned by management to support business objectives. Skills & Experience to Succeed Experience: At least 3-5 years in a sales enablement, project management, or sales operations role, preferably in a global environment. Technical Skills: Proficiency with sales tools in particular excel expertise (e.g., CRM systems, analytics platforms) and communication platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Slack). Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyse sales data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive performance. Advanced Excel skills desirable. Communication: Exceptional communication (written and verbal) skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly. Project Management: Proven track record in managing complex projects and driving cross-functional collaboration to achieve company goals. Leadership: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while amplifying senior leadership messaging. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or a related field (or equivalent experience). Engineering, science or other STEM disciplines highly regarded.
