Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. HUNTER - Identify and qualify new business opportunities through networking and proactive outreach. Engage with clients across FMCG, manufacturing, and distribution to understand their automation needs. Collaborate with internal engineering teams to design tailored solutions for customers. Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to showcase company capabilities. Negotiate contracts and manage the sales process from initial contact to closing. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and growth. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies. What You Bring: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (business qualifications a plus). Proven technical sales experience, ideally within packaging machinery or automation. Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Ability to manage complex sales cycles and consistently meet targets. Self-motivated and organised, with strong time management skills.
