Maternity Leave Cover – Sales & Events Coordinator (Fixed Term Contract) Sydney Restaurant Group is seeking an energetic, organised, and professional Sales & Events Coordinator to join our team for a fixed term maternity leave cover starting April 2025. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual with strong organisational skills and a passion for hospitality to step into a dynamic role within one of Sydney's leading hospitality groups. About Us: Sydney Restaurant Group is a leading provider in hospitality, boasting premium venues that encapsulate the essence of Sydney dining. From 2 hatted fine dining to stunning waterfront views and relaxed café fare, the group is diverse, offering a range of restaurant experiences to suit every occasion. Seamless service and quality produce are integral to the brand, making the Sydney Restaurant Group venues popular as both dining destinations and preferred locations for weddings, private functions & conferences. Key Responsibilities: The Sales & Events Coordinator is accountable for the following under the supervision of the Sales & Events Manager: Minimum 3 years experience in event sales and coordination and/or relevant tertiary education Strong sales experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills An excellent phone manner A genuine passion for customer service High-level computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel Strong interpersonal and communication skills Immaculate presentation Strong administration skills Outstanding time management, strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task A love of weddings, events & conferences Strong client, customer liaison and relationship-building skills Food and beverage knowledge is favourable but not essential Experience using Restaurant Diary favourable but not essential Experience using Tripleseat favourable but not essential NSW driver's licence and own car Working rights in Australia What We Offer: Full-time fixed-term contract (April 2025 – January 2026).
