Job Description Role Overview: We are seeking highly motivated and driven Sales Executives to join our dynamic team at Dutton One. This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for luxury vehicles, strong sales skills, and a commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our prestigious pre-loved vehicles, maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring an outstanding purchasing journey. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales of Dutton One's luxury and prestige pre-loved vehicles through proactive customer engagement and consultation. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty. Understand customer needs and provide expert advice on vehicle specifications, features, and benefits. Conduct detailed vehicle demonstrations, test drives, and presentations for potential clients. Negotiate and close sales deals in a professional and customer-centric manner. Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets, contributing to overall dealership performance. Manage customer inquiries and ensure all follow-ups are timely and effective. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and events. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and sales procedures (Road To A Sale). Stay updated on the latest vehicle models, trends, and automotive industry knowledge to better serve customers. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must have: At least 2 years of proven automotive sales success. Prior experience in general, second-hand, or prestige automotive sales. A comprehensive understanding of the second-hand vehicle sector and product knowledge. The drive and ambition to achieve aggressive sales targets, including canvassing for new clients and expanding the vehicle portfolios of existing customers. A demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding conversion and sales targets. The ability to effectively address and resolve customer concerns while adhering to company policies and standards. A customer-centric approach, with the ability to build strong, lasting relationships. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong negotiation and influencing abilities to close sales and build trust. A self-motivated and target-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A commitment to delivering total customer satisfaction at every stage of the sales process. Impeccable personal presentation, reflecting the high standards of the Dutton One brand. A current, valid driver’s license. Willingness to undergo a National Police Clearance check.
