Key responsibilities include:Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction. Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the industrial equipment and consumables sector. Sales Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth. Market Understanding: Stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies. CRM & Reporting: Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions, manage sales pipelines, and report on performance metrics. Product Knowledge: Become an expert on our product range, advising customers on the best solutions for their needs. Key Qualifications: Experience: 3+ years in sales/account management, preferably within the industrial equipment, power tools, industrial consumables , or related sectors. Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the needs of tradies and wholesalers is highly advantageous. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Results-Driven: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
