With 12 acres under vine, we focus on crafting exceptional Shiraz, Chardonnay, Semillon and Sparkling while offering a personal, traditional approach to wine tasting at our cellar door. We are open to offering the role as full-time or part-time; however, a minimum of 30 hours per week is required to maximise collaboration, customer relations, and ongoing development. The role includes working every second Saturday, spent either at the cellar door or at events. Additionally, there may be times when you’ll need to work outside regular hours for mid-week events. Reasonable travel may also be required, which will be reimbursed. How you’ll make a difference Molly Morgan Wines is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales & Guest Experience Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Customer Experience, you will be responsible for: Accommodation & guest experience: Managing the full guest journey, from booking to departure, to ensure exceptional stays. Handling special requests, coordinating with cleaning and maintenance teams, and curating personalised experiences. Wine Club membership: Fostering the membership experience by engaging with members, ensuring they feel valued, and delivering personalised touchpoints and exclusive offers. Sales & cellar door management: Driving wine sales through the cellar door and developing strategies to increase accommodation bookings, while building trusted relationships to enhance the overall experience. Local partnerships & brand growth: Acting as our "boots on the ground" to develop partnerships with local businesses and tourism operators, strengthening Molly Morgan Wines' presence in the Hunter Valley and surrounds. Events: Planning, coordinating, and executing events, ensuring seamless operations from start to finish. Identifying and securing new event opportunities for Molly Morgan Wines to participate in and enhancing brand visibility. What you’ll contribute Customer Experience Excellence: Strong skills and experience in customer service and guest engagement. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using property management software and other relevant technology. Team Player: Work in alignment with our values and respect the roles we all play. Relationship Builder: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with local service providers and hospitality operators. Communication: Proven skills in both written and verbal communication. Flexible and Adaptable: Comfortable working part-time on-site and managing various responsibilities across multiple locations.
