Job Description

The majority of their employees have been working with them for more than 10 years! Role and Responsibilities: The role requires you to actively manage the Sales Department generating sales and growing the customer base whilst providing for the existing clientele. Recruitment, staff management, training. Review process & procedures within Sales Department to facilitate smooth transactions, great CSI. Advertising, prospecting. Nurture relationships existing and new, strive for a successful, profitable department. Ensure both Sales & Finance operate in a 100% team effort for the good of both the company & customer.
