Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve volume and EBIT targets for assigned regions, product lines, and channels. Ensure timely payment collections from customers and manage warranty issues in collaboration with the product team. Conduct training sessions and store visits to promote product knowledge and engagement within the assigned area. Support marketing and promotional activities, ensuring alignment with management processes and effectiveness. Represent the company at events and fairs while maintaining excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders. Key Requirements: Qualified mechanic with 3-5 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in the aftermarket sector. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with the ability to work under pressure. Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and fluent in written and spoken English.
