The Role: As the Sales Manager , you will lead and develop a high-performing sales team while driving client acquisition, revenue growth, and business development initiatives. You will work closely with both internal departments and external partners to promote Melbar’s services and to ensure we meet our clients' needs with the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a positive and results-driven culture. Develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns to drive business growth. Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, aged and health service providers, and community partners. Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring the team meets or exceeds objectives. Provide regular performance updates and reports to the senior management team. Promote Melbar’s reputation as a high-quality provider of home care services. To be considered for this role, you will need: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, sales, or related field. 3+ years of sales management experience, preferably in aged care, healthcare, or related industries. Strong leadership and team management skills. Experience in developing and executing sales strategies and business plans. Analytical skills with a results-driven mindset. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
