That’s our recipe for success. About the role Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the Sales Manager – Food Service will lead the establishment of a national food service sales network. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to drive sales growth and brand presence. You will play a pivotal role in aligning Cultivate’s sales messaging with its mission to deliver both business success and social impact. Key Responsibilities: Build and manage distributor and client relationships in the food service sector. Execute trade marketing and promotional initiatives to meet revenue targets. Monitor and report on sales performance and client satisfaction. Align sales strategies with Cultivate’s social enterprise mission. Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams for seamless execution. About you You are a dynamic sales professional with a passion for social impact and a proven track record in the food service industry. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are motivated by achieving both commercial success and meaningful social outcomes. Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes: Strong understanding of the food service market and its key players. Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills. Experience in leading and developing teams. Analytical mindset with the ability to drive data-informed decisions. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Documentation Required: A National Police Clearance (no older than six months old) Driver’s licence Evidence of right to work in Australia 100 points of identification What’s in it for you?
