This is a fantastic opportunity to work with leading retail partners such as Kmart, Big W, Target, Best & Less, Woolworths, and Coles. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow relationships with key national retail accounts, ensuring mutual profitability and satisfaction. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth and market share. Lead negotiations with retailers, securing long-term partnerships and opportunities. Collaborate closely with internal teams across design, product development, production, logistics, and marketing to deliver impactful and cohesive sales strategies. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our presence in the market. Key Requirements: Demonstrated experience in managing major retail accounts, with a strong network in the Australian retail sector (especially with Kmart, Big W, Target, Best & Less, Woolworths and Coles). Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in a high-volume environment. Proven success in managing and nurturing relationships with major retail accounts, particularly within the apparel sector. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build strong and effective partnerships. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines. Ability to analyse sales data and use insights to drive business decisions. A proactive, results-driven approach with a passion for sales and achieving targets. Ability to think strategically and creatively to identify opportunities for business growth.
