As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Sales Manager - New Homes—someone who can sell, lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team. The Role This opportunity offers tremendous income potential with hands-on selling while also leading, mentoring, and developing our existing sales consultants. As your team grows in size and capability, the focus shifts to a dedicated leadership position where you will continue to drive performance, strategy, and results using your Sales Team to the best potential. Hands-on Selling, Leadership & Mentorship Drive direct new home sales and guide clients through the purchasing journey. Leading by example, you will train and mentor existing sales consultants, enhancing their skills and performance. Develop strong relationships with clients, referral partners, and finance brokers. Implement structured sales training and coaching to uplift team capability. Work closely with the General Manager to optimise in-market messaging, lead generation and conversion. Building & Scaling a High-Performing Sales Team Recruit, train, and mentor new sales consultants as the team expands. Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and high performance. Implement strategic sales processes to drive consistent growth and results. Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies and incentives for long-term success. What’s in It for You?
