Solid Base + Attractive Commission Structure scouted. is very excited to be partnering with this Melbourne based Residential Property Developer, who is relatively new to the market but pushing full steam ahead. With several projects already in the pipeline and a meticulous acquisition strategy, they will execute their vision of becoming the leading affordable Medium Density housing solution provider nationwide, very quickly! With strategic backing and a strong balance sheet, this group is at the stage now where they would like to bring on board a Sales Superstar to join them and help build out their internal Sales Management Functions. The Sales Manager will play a key role in the success of this group, first and foremost acting as the initial Sales Lead for the business: managing all related tasks from campaign management, to CRM management, to Channel Sales Partner support. The Sales Manager will eventually move into a senior leadership role once they have built out an internal sales team to support both them and the wider business' targets and objectives. Your Responsibilities: Manage internal sales process and procedure to ultimately achieve sales targets and increase market share. Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team whilst also facilitating a positive internal culture. Bring on, develop, and maintain strong relationships with Developers, Sellers, Channel Partners (both Wholesale & Retail). Set key performance indicators for the sales division, incorporating both marketing and sales strategies to track progress against goals. Initially achieve individual sales targets set by the business that will ultimately impact both your own earning potential and the presence of the business across VIC. You Will Need: Proven experience in a similar sales management and/or channel sales management role, ideally with a developer or builder. A strong established network of industry connections, developers, and real estate professionals and channel sales partners. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire sales consultants internally and externally. Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills. Desire to put in the hard work with an adaptable personality; the ability to thrive in a fast-paced growing business is essential. Base salary of circa $120k - $150k plus Super based on experience, as well as attractive commissions paid at project site commencement.
