Your Impact Sales Operations: Negotiate contracts and manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closure. Effectively manage tender processes, ensuring timely submissions and compliance with requirements. Regular travel to meet with clients. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments, including Marketing, Product Management, and Finance, to develop pricing strategies and sales plans. Maintain accurate customer records and manage dunning processes. Attend annual sales meeting in Berlin. Strategic Planning and Reporting: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets and expand market presence. Represent the company at industry events and trade shows. Report to the parent company in Germany on sales performance and market trends. Market Expansion: Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the customer base in target markets. Develop and maintain a strong network in the public transport sector. Your Expertise Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering preferred. Experience in sales and managerial roles. Extroverted with strong networking skills. Well-connected within Sydney’s business community. Background in public transport (preferred) or software sales. Self-starter with strong marketing and customer awareness abilities. 3-5 years of sales experience.
