Are you an experienced leader looking for an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in an organisation? My client is seeking a highly qualified Sales Manager to join this well regarded growing multi-national hydraulics hose & fittings manufacturer to lead a team and grow market share. Your remit will cover Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania. Your role will focus on: Leading, mentoring and coaching the Sales team to achieve and exceed targets Driving a high-performance sales culture through training, support and accountability Developing and executing sales strategies aligned with business goals Driving business through strategic decision making Building and maintaining industry networks and strategic partner relationships Monitoring and analysing market trends, pricing strategies and competitor activity What you’ll need to succeed: Relevant trade or tertiary qualifications viewed favourably Experience with industrial/mechanical products Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire a dedicated sales team Strategic thinker with a track record of driving business growth Strong commercial acumen and a customer-first mindset Be a self starter who is hungry for growth Highly effective communication skills What’s in it for you?
