Now, we’re looking for a driven, strategic, and results-oriented Sales Manager to expand our market presence in the workers' compensation and workplace health sector . Your Mission As our Sales Manager , your primary focus will be to secure and grow new business opportunities in the workers’ compensation, insurance, and workplace health sectors . Your role will involve: Identifying, targeting, and securing high-value clients in the workers’ compensation space. Building and managing strategic partnerships with insurers, employers, and referral networks. Developing and executing a growth strategy aligned with financial and market expansion goals . Attending and influencing key industry events to elevate B2W Solutions’ market presence. Leveraging cross-brand opportunities within Humanity Health Group to broaden market reach . Monitoring and analysing sales performance , refining strategies for maximum impact. Who You Are You are a high-performing sales professional who thrives on building relationships, winning new business, and delivering results in the workers' compensation and workplace health sector . To succeed in this role, you will need: Proven B2B sales or business development experience in the workers’ compensation, insurance, allied health, or workplace health industries . A strong network within the workers’ compensation, insurance, or rehabilitation sectors . A track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth . Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills . Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyse sales data and adapt strategies. A consultative and solutions-focused approach to sales. A customer-first mindset , ensuring long-term partnerships and client success. A valid Australian driver’s licence & access to a vehicle .
