Your Role as Sales & Market Development Coordinator Handle Stretch Wrapper SalesManage incoming enquiries, prepare quotes, and close sales for stretch wrappers. Maintain records of sales and client interactions in our CRM system. Prepare and deliver accurate quotes while meeting profitability targets. Build a Network of AgentsIdentify, onboard, and support agents for entry-level products. Collaborate with agents to expand market reach and increase sales pipelines. Serve as the primary contact for export customers, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-ups. Work with international agents on quotes and inbound enquiries. Lead GenerationResearch potential clients and develop targeted account lists to generate quality leads. Update and maintain lead information in the CRM system, ensuring prompt follow-up. Customer Relationship ManagementProvide timely and accurate responses to customer enquiries. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure high customer satisfaction. Support the Sales TeamAssist with administrative tasks, such as drafting documents and managing calendars. Prepare sales reports and performance metrics for strategic decision-making. Desired Skills & Experience Sales Experience: A background in sales, quoting, or market development is highly desirable. Communication & Organisation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proven ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively. Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with technical sales is advantageous. Independence & Proactivity: Strong problem-solving abilities and an eagerness to work both autonomously and within cross-functional teams.
