This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join the most innovative and dynamic team in Sydney CBD! As a new business venture, this office is headed up by one of Sydney’s top sales professionals who has forged their career in the Inner City and City Fringe. Operating out of brand new, savvy offices, this individual provides a competitive, five-star service with proven results across the most exclusive properties.The Role: Monday – Friday, we are seeking a motivated individual to ensure the smooth running of sales campaigns and provide the Directors with administration support. Reporting to a fantastic Operations Manager, you will be responsible for: Manage all sales campaigns Support the Director with any adhoc sales administration or duties Help out with front office duties Book and design marketing collateral Liaise with sales agents in relation to campaign marketing, listing details etc. Coordinate settlement gifts Update website home page and feature properties Prepare monthly newsletters for each agent Create Open For Inspections kits at the start of every campaign Digital marketing and profiling – including Facebook, Instagram, Domain Agent marketing Updating templates, email signatures and ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to The Candidate: Ideally have some real estate experience (Reception, Sales Admin, Marketing) A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration and previous Real Estate experience Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Must be an extremely hard worker with a strong work ethic Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills The desire to learn and succeed Extremely organised The ability to work proactively and independently Strong administration skills Benefits: Monday – Friday Position Award-winning office BRAND new offices in the CBD Attractive Salary on offer Dynamic & successful team Career Progression assured Parking provided To Apply: Please call Rhiannon Cook on 0435 760 038 for more informationOr email your CV to All applications will be held in the strictest of confidence. #J-18808-Ljbffr
