Sales Operations Analyst – Global Software Company Sydney CBD | Hybrid (2 Days in Office) | $587.83 per day + Super ($152K+ Super) A globally renowned software company , known for its market-leading fintech and martech products , is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Analyst to join its high-performing Global Sales Operations Team . This company has been consistently ranked among Australia's top places to work and offers a dynamic, flexible, and collaborative environment. Reporting to the Head of Sales Operations , you’ll play a key role in optimising sales growth , working across 200+ international markets . You’ll turn data into actionable insights , working with Excel, Tableau, Salesforce, and QlikSense to influence Sales and Marketing Leaders . Key Responsibilities: Data & Reporting: Build and create reports that transform sales data into clear insights and visualisations . Sales Growth & Optimisation: Identify and communicate growth opportunities using multiple data sources. Lead Performance & Analytics: Improve contact, conversion, and growth rates through data-driven strategies. Business Intelligence: Work with Excel, Tableau, Salesforce, and QlikSense to track sales performance. Collaborate with teams across various functions , including Marketing, Finance, and Product , to ensure seamless data flow and support strategic initiatives. What You’ll Bring: 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Analysis, or Sales Strategy . Advanced SQL skills (assessment required during recruitment process). Experience partnering with Sales and Marketing teams to drive results. Strong proficiency in Excel, Tableau, Salesforce, and QlikSense . Ability to simplify complex data , influence stakeholders, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Benefits & Perks: $587.83 per day + Super ($152K+ Super). Hybrid working – only 3 days per week in the Sydney CBD office. Initial 12-month contract with a strong likelihood of extension or conversion to permanent.
