Sales & Operations Coordinator - BD Water BD Water is on the lookout for a Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our quirky, hardworking team in Herne Hill. You’ll be the backbone of our operations, handling everything from sales support and scheduling to invoicing, quoting, and managing water licensing. We’re a fast-growing company with a strong focus on delivering outstanding service to our clients. No industry experience? No problem! We value a positive attitude, strong organisational skills, and a keen willingness to learn. What You'll Be Doing: Coordinating schedules and supporting the team with day-to-day operations Preparing and processing quotes, invoices, and customer orders Assisting with the water licensing process and compliance management Providing exceptional customer service, both over the phone and via email Working closely with the team to meet deadlines and achieve business goals What We’re Looking For: A positive, proactive attitude and a desire to learn Strong communication and organisational skills Previous experience in admin or sales roles (preferable but not required) Confidence in using Microsoft Office and other online systems An interest in growing with a vibrant, fun, and innovative team Why BD Water?
