We are looking for committed team members to provide support to our teams and loyal customer base. The successful applicant will be a customer service champion, have previous experience, a passion for Auto Parts, enjoy a fast-paced work environment as well as being able to learn new processes and systems quickly. Key Responsibilities: Inbound phone & online sales processing In-store customer service Order & receipt of incoming stock Process & pick purchase orders Showroom merchandising, pricing & maintenance Skills & experience Exceptional communication skills Mechanical or parts experience Experience and passion for auto parts Well presented Great phone manner Ability to influence & negotiate Ability to translate technical problems into simple solutions Your application will include the following questions: How many years' experience do you have as an Automotive Spare Parts Interpreter?
