The Opportunity We're seeking a General Manager Sales & Product Development to lead sales growth, product innovation, and market expansion in commercial and industrial flooring. If you have a strong background in commercial flooring, industrial flooring, or construction materials sales, this is your chance to make an impact in the sustainable manufacturing sector. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a sales strategy for commercial and industrial flooring solutions. Identify and capitalise on new market opportunities in construction, fitness, hospitality, and industrial sectors. Build and maintain relationships with flooring distributors, contractors, architects, and developers. Drive new product development and innovation in sustainable flooring and rubber-based products.
