You will be responsible for developing relationships with builders, understanding their needs, and providing tailored truss and frame solutions.This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, sales expertise, and relationship-building skills. Whether you're an experienced sales professional or a trades person looking to step into sales, this is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact! Key Responsibilities: On-Road Sales & Business Development: Engage with builders and construction professionals to drive sales Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition: Identify and on-board new clients while managing existing relationships Technical Expertise: Understand truss and frame systems to provide expert advice and tailored solutions Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including estimators and other sales reps, to ensure seamless service Quoting & CRM Management: Prepare accurate quotes, track sales progress, and maintain records in the CRM system What You'll Bring: Proven sales experience in the building, trades, or construction industry (or a strong technical background with a passion for sales) Knowledge of the local construction market and an ability to build relationships with builders Technical understanding of trusses, frames, and timber products (or the ability to learn quickly) Strong selling skills: Confident in managing sales pipelines, closing deals, and achieving targets Excellent communication & interpersonal skills: Able to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams A valid driver's licence: This is an on-road role Why Join?
