Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Representative – Medical Devices for a Sydney South - Wollongong territory. The ideal candidate will have previous medical device, consumables or pharmaceutical sales experience and will play an important role in promoting and supporting the product portfolio and growing the territory. Responsibilities Develop a deep understanding of the product, including features, benefits, and clinical applications. Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory. Provide product demonstrations and training to healthcare professionals and community channels. Build and maintain relationships with clinicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals to understand their needs and gather feedback. Participate in industry conferences and trade shows to promote the products and gather insights. Qualifications Tertiary qualifications in a related field (Business, Nursing, Science or similar). Previous medical device, consumables or pharmaceutical sales experience. Experience with public and private hospitals. Commercially driven focus with a proven ability to drive sales with a high level of negotiation and influencing skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team with a “can-do” attitude. Willingness and flexibility to travel for customer visits and training sessions.
