Danish by Design is seeking a passionate, results-driven Sales Territory Manager to service and expand our Nursery and Toy brands across Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia and WA. As the Territory Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of existing brands and launching new product lines, ensuring the continued success of our products in the market. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service & Market Expansion: Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, business owners, marketing and in-store staff, while working on expanding our market presence and launching new products. Sales Goals: Achieve sales targets and meet financial budget goals, with performance directly linked to remuneration. Regular reviews and performance assessments will be part of this. Travel: Regular travel across your territory, including regional and interstate customers, with an annual travel allowance for road travel and reimbursement for flights, accommodation, and other expenses. Flexibility: Adapt working hours to meet customer needs, including occasional weekend work for training, expos, warehouse sales, and other marketing activities. Account Management: Maintain awareness of customer accounts, ensuring timely payment and addressing credit limits and other risks. Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of products, including assembly, features and benefits, and design elements, and be able to passionately teach and motivate in-store staff. Remuneration & Reporting: Competitive Package: A tailored remuneration package will be provided, with a budget set each year by the National Sales Manager. Performance Metrics: You will be measured against sales figures (invoiced, not receipted), brand performance, and other KPIs linked to your financial goals. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in sales and account management, trust, building relationships. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies, both short and longer term. Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic role, including occasional weekend work when necessary.
