Belle Property Coorparoo/West End has an opportunity for a Sales Associate/Buyer Manager to join our team. We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual who is excited about building their career in real estate. The successful candidate will be supporting a high achieving, award winning sales agent to continue to grow local area market share. Make no mistakes – we will be hiring for attitude. Your key duties will include (but are not limited to): Management and growth of database. Attend open homes and buyer follow up. Manage initial offers and expression of interest. Attend building & pest inspections, valuations and photo shoots. Open home and auction preparation. Prospecting to identify future sellers. To be successful in this important and valued role, you will require: A current Registration in Real Estate Sales is a must. Drivers Licence and own vehicle. Experience in Real Estate in a similar role. A high degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Agentbox and CoreLogic (or similar). Ability to work Tuesday to Saturdays. You will need to demonstrate: That you thrive and remain calm in a fast-paced environment. A “can do/will do” attitude. That you have strong and professional communication skills, both written and verbal. A corporate level of professional presentation. A high level of initiative, organisation, integrity and time management skills. You enjoy talking with people.
