The Role Flexihire is currently seeking to appoint a Sales Support Admin Specialist to join the team in our Head Office at Rocklea. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated person, who is a self-starter with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills. The role is flexible, either during school hours or full-time if required for the right candidate. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the Sales Support Admin Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing the sales functions and aiding in the process of Customer Relationship Management improvements within the Flexihire business through our online sales. This position involves preparing aftermarket tenders, managing CRM cases, development of aftermarket quotations and bundling offers in collaboration with the Flexihire Equipment Hire Sales team. The Sales Support Admin Specialist will work closely with the Sales Manager, Operations Manager, Pricing Analyst & Hire Managers to achieve Flexihire Business objectives. Areas of Responsibility Prepare Tender Submissions with the Sales Team & lodge via tender portals. Keep Tender Registers up to date via client webpages & portals. Facilitate the sales quoting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer requirements. Perform CRM approval processes, focusing on providing excellent customer service. Work with Operations, Sales and Flexihire Branch Managers on RFQ and tender submissions to meet customer specifications. Provide administrative support for the Hire Equipment Branch Managers, contributing to business growth to ensure quotes are followed up to customers by accurate quoting. Assist in facilitating the follow-up of customer enquiries for Flexihire Branches by improving quoting accuracy, while optimising the sales process. Manage the quotes coming in through the CRM, ensuring operational teams are aware of key contract aspects. Ensure all quotes align with Flexihire’s core values and policies. To Be Considered for This Dynamic Role You Must Have the Following Skills and Experience Proven experience working with sales teams (mining/industrial/construction/civil, desirable) Sales or Customer Service in the Civil Construction/Infrastructure, Fixed Plant Processing, Mining or Building industry. The ability to maintain internal & customer relationships in a competitive and complex marketplace. Be a team player and have a consistent desire to contribute at a high level. General Hire / Access Equipment experience highly regarded. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
