Job Description Working in close partnership with the corporate leadership and sales teams across Australia, the Sales Support and Reporting Coordinator is responsible for delivering high-quality reporting, insights, and sales support to the SEEK Corporate Sales segment. Key Responsibilities Support the preparation and delivery of client presentations, including annual account reviews and strategic proposals. Support the preparation of quarterly business reviews and market insights reports. Maintain market trends and insights library, creating standardised templates and presentations for sales team use. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments (Marketing, Analytics, Product, Commercial) to gather and present relevant insights. Provide scheduled reporting and reactive bespoke reporting for our customers and the sales team. Provide administrative support to the Head of and sales leadership team, including meeting organisation, travel booking and expense management. Coordinate and execute customer events, including venue management, invitations, and technical setup for Sydney office. Qualifications Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. High level analytical capabilities with ability to interpret data. Previous experience and strong understanding of data visualisation tools. Demonstrated experience in supporting high-profile client portfolios within a sales environment. Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in coordinating events and client engagements. Additional Information At SEEK we offer: Annual Performance Bonus Plan.
