Sales Support Specialist - Full Time Contractor This is a Long-Term Contract Role – to start Feb 2025 - with the possibility to become permanent in 2026. About the role We are seeking an experienced Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Partech, Inc. on a full-time contract basis. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the APAC Sales Team. The role will focus on the ongoing development of existing and prospective customers, helping to ensure that the business is able to meet its growth targets. In addition to performing daily Sales Admin activities including data entry of Sales Orders, creating invoices, and other related duties, this person will also have Inside Sales responsibilities with end-users, developing account relationships, supplying quotes, and providing service support for customers, with the opportunity to work from our modern office in Newington, NSW. About us Partech, Inc. is an American-based company and a global provider of restaurant technology solutions. We are based in Newington, close to Olympic Park, within 5 minutes of cafes, restaurants, outdoor walking trails, and grocery stores. Available to you is free onsite parking, Monday - Friday, with reasonable flexibility with hours. One hour for lunch, with an onsite break room with TV and coffee amenities. What you'll be doing as a key part of our team Work cross-functionally with the APAC Sales Team, Department Managers, and staff to provide ongoing daily sales and quoting support. Communicate with customers. Scope sites for hardware upgrades or projects, and quote as required – sales order entry and invoicing. Make outbound calls to potential customers. Follow up on leads. Understand customers' needs and identify sales opportunities. Answer customers' questions and send additional information via email. Work on marketing decks and sales collateral or presentations as required. What you will be bringing to our team Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar inside sales support or administrative role, preferably within the technology or software industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure, handling deadlines and quotas in stride. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other productivity tools, e.g., Excel. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
