About the role We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Support Trainee to join our team at Harvest Moon. Based at our Forth site, you will be part of the Sales & Logistics business area providing daily support with all things administrative based. In this role you will gain hands-on experience and receive comprehensive training in various administration aspects of our sales & logistics operation. Our Sales & Logistics business area is a key function of the company, managing trading and movement of fresh product from farms to our customers in both national and international trading markets. This position offers the opportunity to obtain a formal qualification at a Certificate III level. On a day-to-day basis you will support the team with the following tasks: Data entry support for the team Processing purchase orders Assisting with stock & inventory control Maintaining registers and document management control Scanning and filing records for the team Assist with customer invoicing when required About you With a focus on quality outputs and getting things right, you will possess the following personal attributes and skills: Eagerness to learn and develop new skills. Prior internship or work experience in a business-related role is a plus. Enjoy processing and administration tasks. Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment. Willingness to undertake a formal qualification in Business. Basic to intermediate skills in MS Office Suite (particularly Excel). High attention to detail and accuracy.
