We are at an exciting point in our journey and are looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader to join our growing team. This role will be to take responsibility for the development of a team of outbound 10 - 12 B2B Sales Executives, managing day to day sales targets around number of calls and appointments booked. There will be a fantastic mix of tenured and trainee level staff on the team for you to develop into the very best performing sales team. Key Responsibilities: Driving performance and revenue growth through KPI management Coach and develop a high performing team through hands-on leadership and regular coaching sessions Creating and maintaining a positive, high-energy sales culture Implement and optimise sales playbooks to maximise conversion rates Facilitate communications between sales agents & field sales teams Essential Experience and Skills: Minimum 2 years leadership experience in high performance sales environment Proven track record in outbound sales team management A results driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets Experience with performance management and development programs Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities Advanced proficiency in CRM systems ideally Salesforce What You’ll Gain: Earnings: Competitive base salary plus generous commission up to $80,000 per year!
