Sales Territory Manager and Merchandiser About the job - Sales Territory Manager/Merchandiser SYD – FUNDAY (part-time) FUNDAY Sweets is on a mission to redefine the confectionery category with better-for-you options. We’re looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Territory Manager / Merchandiser to help grow our brand presence in key retailers across Sydney. This is a part-time, fully remote role (3 days per week, ideally Tuesday – Thursday), with flexibility and the potential to grow into a full-time position as we continue our rapid expansion. What you’ll be doing As our Territory Manager, you’ll be the face of FUNDAY in-store, working closely with key retail partners (primarily Woolworths and Coles) to drive sales, secure prime off-location space, and execute standout merchandising displays. You’ll work autonomously to deliver results and identify new opportunities to grow our brand. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet KPIs and maximise brand visibility. Build and maintain strong relationships with Store Managers and Grocery Managers to secure off-location displays during key promotional periods. Create and execute eye-catching in-store displays that drive customer engagement and boost sales. Work independently to manage your travel and call schedule efficiently. Keep a pulse on market trends, competitor activity, and in-store opportunities, acting as the eyes and ears of the brand on the ground. Support marketing activations and trade shows in Sydney when required. What we’re looking for We’re after someone who is proactive, driven, and loves getting stuck in. You’ll be a natural relationship builder with a keen eye for detail and a passion for making things happen. You have: A confident, outgoing personality with top-notch communication skills. Strong negotiation skills to secure premium in-store positioning. The ability to work independently, stay organised, and manage your own schedule. Previous experience in a Territory Manager role is a must. A valid driver’s licence and reliable car (you’ll be on the road visiting stores). Full working rights in Australia.
