This Academy is designed for people who have no experience in our industry, but would love to build a successful Sales Career within the largest Automotive Retailer in Australia! In our Sales Academy you will learn the fundamental sales skills that you will require to succeed in your new career! With ongoing support, monthly group training sessions & weekly one-on-ones post your training course, you will have the best start into our incredible industry! Our Sales Consultants are forward-thinking and ambitious. Driven to succeed, they work with their teams to achieve with passion. Once your training has been completed, your journey in this new and exciting career will give you the ability to earn uncapped commissions and thrive within a rewarding environment. Previous experience in sales is not necessary, as we will provide industry-leading training and mentoring that will develop you as a sales professional. Ability to consistently provide an exceptional customer experience that exceeds expectations Awareness and ability to work efficiently, handling multiple customer enquiries at a time Strong time management & organisational skills Ability to support and work with other team members and departments Enthusiastic, warm, driven, mature and an overall pleasant manner High level of professionalism and personal presentation Ability to consistently follow sales process and procedures Exceptional communication skills High level of computer literacy with experience using Microsoft Office Ability to build strong relationships A process-driven mindset A desire to set personal goals and the determination to work hard to succeed A full and current driver’s licence Experience in a retail sales environment is recommended but not essential Position Description: Keeping customer relationship management systems updated, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity Opening and closing of dealership Ensure deal packs are compliant Test driving customers Professional handling of customer enquiries and managing the sales process from prospect to delivery, and follow-up Support the sales team with all administration elements of new car sales from greeting, right up to registration and delivery! Maintaining high level of presentation of the showroom vehicles and Guest Facilities Learning new product specification and features, and maintaining a high level of brand knowledge and competitor product knowledge Working closely with our Finance and Car Care departments to provide our full range of products & services to our Guests Why work for us?
