We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sales and Client Services Executive to join our ABC Bullion team based in the Sydney CBD.About the role: Assisting and providing clients with knowledge in purchasing, selling and storing precious metals. Provide exceptional service to all clients, network and build upon sales opportunities that are presented. Ensure follow-up to guarantee customer satisfaction with products and services. Perform Sales and Account Executive responsibilities to drive turnover and margin for ABC Bullion precious metals. Conduct outbound sales liaising with existing ABC Bullion customers. About you: Previous administration, account management and sales experience. Proven track record of sales and customer service. Strong attention to detail and a team player. Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office skills. Highly organized with exceptional communication skills. Proven success in servicing customers and listening to their needs.
