Sales Support Coordinator - Join the team! About the Business This is a thriving, family business providing Customized Commercial Building products to loyal customers. About the role If you love being in the thick of the action, playing a vital role in the day to day coordination of exciting projects, then this role is for you. Working closely with the production team and dealing with Architects, Builders, Developers and Installation Contractors your role will be to facilitate smooth and accurate flow of information, ensuring accurate details, delivery dates, specification information is correct. A typical day will involve - handling sampling enquiries, stock enquiries, and the various requirements of order placement . Working with the production team, checking stock and liaising with contractors, builders and specifiers will keep you engaged and stimulated.5 days in the office - Brisbane's Northern Suburbs. About You Great at dealing with customers and establishing good relationships. Working with a CRM, inputting data and ensuring information is shared with all key stakeholders. Manage clients' daily sample requests, the qualification process and oversee the successful delivery. To be able to talk with these various stakeholders, from builders to architects to flooring contractors and guide them on our high quality products and who we are.
